During out initial brand consultation chat, we will determine where to start. If you have an existing brand, we will make sure it aligns with Refine Web Design's brand standards. If it does, great! You will send over all brand assets (logo, colors, fonts, photos, moodboard) then we can go ahead and build out your website.
If you don't have an existing brand or it does not align with our brand standards, we will refine your brand (or start from scratch if needed!) so that it serves as a beautiful foundation for your website.
During this phase, you will receive:
- 2 potential brand boards to choose from (we will decide on 1)
- Refined brand board (if needed)
- Visual brand playbook
- Project timeline + collaboration tools (how we will communicate during the project)

- A custom "COMING SOON!" graphic to share with your social media audience
- Mon-Fri voice messaging availability
- Final Refinement Day: a day dedicated to finalizing all design tweaks you desire
Once we sign the contract and our collaboration tools are established, I'll get to work. Based off your brand board (and just getting to know your vibe as a person), I will create your website Home Page.
Once you approve, I will build out the rest of the website pages: about, services, contact + 2 additional pages of your choosing.
During this time, you will receive:
